Each individual therapy session lasts for 50 minutes. I typically suggest sessions once a week, but this will be discussed and decided upon collaboratively on a case by case basis.
In individual therapy we will work together to help you overcome times or turmoil and build a path towards relief and wellness. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and approach each client with this in mind. I will utilize an integrative and holistic approach to whatever is bringing you to counseling and we will strive to find meaning in your experiences and work towards transformation and balance in your life
