People are born with an innate desire for connection and emotional bonds. A healthy happy relationship is something that contributes great value and benefit to our lives, however, maintaining those relationships can, at times, be challenging. Couples often struggle with effective communication, criticizing one another out of anger, failing to be able to bring up important topics, lack of intimacy, conflicts with in-laws, not having a satisfying sex life along with a number of other relationship difficulties.

What I will work collaboratively with you to do to help you succeed in your relationship:

  • Create goals based on what you feel is missing or needed in your relationship. Where you see a need for growth.

  • Build healthy patterns of communication.

  • Learn how to recognize criticism and how it harms your relationship.

  • Deepen a sense of friendship, intimacy and connection through building maps of each others worlds and deepening a sense of caring and understanding.

  • Learn to effectively communicate emotions with one another.

  • Facilitate and mediate recurring arguments, issues around trust or areas of feeling stuck.
